Occupation: Construction Worker
I was saved when I was six or seven
years old. It was a Sunday night after church, and we had watched a movie about
hell. It scared me, and I knew that I was going there, but I didn't want to.
When we got home, I asked my mom how to stay out of hell. After talking to her for a
while, we knelt at the corner of my bed, and I asked Jesus to come into my heart, and I've
been saved ever since. I didn't get baptized right away, though. At the time,
I didn't know that I should get baptized right away. After a while, this turned into
pride, and I just didn't want to go forward to get baptized. I finally surrendered
to baptism on April 9, 2000.
