Occupation: Student

     One Sunday on the way home from church I started asking my Mother about how I could go to heaven.  When we got home I went into her bedroom with her and my dad and we talked about Jesus.  My mom explained that we are all sinners and need to repent of our sins.  She explained that Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins and that I needed to ask Him into my heart and forgive me of my sins.  She then read me a gospel tract about salvation and asked me if I understood what she was talking about.  There was a prayer at the end of the gospel tract and she led me through it.  I was 5 years old when I asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins.  God has answered many of my prayers by giving Mom strength to get through every day.  God helps me do my schoolwork and my chores.  My favorite verse is: "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am there ye may be also." (John 14:3) because this is a promise from God.
